EARLY CAREER PROGRAMS – LATIN AMERICA
Our internships range from six to 18 months, can be full or part time (depending on the location), and are very hands on! Internship programs are available in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Peru and Venezuela. In Puerto Rico, we offer summer jobs for three to four months. After participating in one of these programs, our interns may become eligible for full-time positions in areas like Client Services, Retail Services, Data Science, Finance, Human Resources and Operations.
Our Commercial Areas Program gives recent graduates the opportunity to accelerate their career knowledge. Those who participate in this program have the opportunity to be hired full-time as a Commercial Analyst. In addition, they can be considered for our Trainee Program, which provides resources and training neccesary to become a Junior Account Executive.
Our Emerging Leaders Program in our Latin America region is aimed at young leaders with great potential. This two-year rotational program allows our associates to work in different areas of the company related to their personal interests. The last rotation must be performed outside the country of the associate’s residence, which allows them to learn about different cultures and new ways of working. The program will help associates develop their professional skills and give them a comprehensive view of what Nielsen is all about.
Nielsen allows me to grow and learn in a diverse and flexible environment. Additionally, the positive impact that Nielsen generates on world markets is impressive. I enjoy being able to contribute to such an organization. It’s very rewarding.
