Nielsen’s Survey Operations group is looking for a talented Survey Clerk to help ensure quality Sample Selection while providing Nielsen’s Field Operations teams with the required tools to accurately and efficiently locate Housing Units selected and listed by Field Surveyors.
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand and implement Nielsen Survey Operations Guidelines for Random Sampling and accurate recording of Housing Unit Data, ensuring all homes an equal probability of selection.
- Responsible for setting up surveys for any survey project including labeling folders, labeling listing sheets, validating block numbers, folding maps and putting all these materials in the correct folder.
- Responsible for validating addresses provided by Field Surveyors using various online applications.
- Key entry of addresses in Survey Manager or IBSYS
- Responsible for maintaining work assignments to meet various Nielsen objectives and performance goals including Market and Sample commitments, contractual requirements, quality standards, policy and procedural requirements, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain company assets following Survey Operations policy including computer
- Ensure that all Survey related materials are kept safe and secure from any potentially damaging data breaches.
- Open and process mail return envelopes for NHES project.
- Validate NHES Screening Case Control Forms.
Role Requirements:
- Superior map reading skills
- Self-motivated
- Excellent organizational/time management skills
- Experience working with minimal supervision
- High School diploma required
