ABOUT THIS JOB

RESPONSIBILITIES
 

  • Deliver end-to-end product experience in small and agile product development teams.
  • Facilitate workshops with engineers and product managers.
  • Refine complex workflows and rich feature sets into simple, intuitive experiences.
  • Turn actionable insights into prototypes to facilitate feedback from our users and your product team.
  • Plan and conduct user research and effective usability tests with your team
  • Work closely with developers to ship & optimise products people love using every day.

 

 WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:
 

  • Design experience with at least 2+ years of working on complex web applications, SaaS or enterprise products. 
  • A field-tested design process showcased in a portfolio.
  • Great English (fluent speaking and writing – you will be speaking English in the office, and conduct research in English).
  • You are a comfortable and confident facilitator with hands-on experience in conducting workshops and field studies.
  • A general understanding of technical limitations and enjoy collaborating closely with developers. 
  • A growth mindset with a desire to continuously upgrade your skills. 
  • A positive, self-starter attitude and a matching commitment to innovate.
