RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Detailed knowledge of Brandbank services and the ability to sell these services effectively, identification of specific customer needs in accordance with Brandbank strategy;
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships at all levels;
  • Always ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a customer portfolio and monitoring of satisfaction on a regular basis;
  • Maximizing potential revenue and bringing the added value to the services provided to the customer;
  • Develop key customer processes in line with the growth of Brandbank and ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Create professional customized solutions in accordance with internal principles and ensure, together with the IT department, that the services are fully automated. 
  • Finding new opportunities and their realization together with our team and relevant contacts with customers;
  • Obtain feedback from customers regarding potential product enhancements and new service opportunities and presenting this information back to the business;
  • Planning, managing and negotiating renewals/management fees to ensure the growth of service;
  • Completing campaigns and projects within specified deadlines;
  • Up-selling the additional services at every opportunity;
  • Obtaining the information about the strategic objectives of the company and their usage within the communication with suppliers;
  • Be confident in discussions with customers about future development, obtaining references, gaining knowledge about new areas interesting for Brandbank;
  • Problem-solving and handling customer complaints.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in the field where goals have to be achieved and strong will to overcome defined personal and company goals.
  • B2B sales experience.
  • Excellent business English and Czech
  • Strategy planning and sales realization.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management. 
  • Building up a long-term client relationship with added value. 
  • Previous experience with negotiation and adjustment techniques.
  • Ability to define priorities and organize his or her workload.
  • Following the deadlines, capability to perform tasks and cope up with the work-load.
