RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Managing the various Proprietary Owned Data sources of Nielsen Sports
  • Focusing on Media Evaluation tools
  • Managing the Football Analysis Data
  • Developing best practices in terms of data organization and provision to the Client Services Teams
  • Managing the internal and Client Online Tools
  • Building deep analysis and insights to help our clients make better informed decisions

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • 3-5 years experience in handling, manipulating and analysing data
  • Excellent use of Excel and other relevant databases
  • Coding skills in Python/VBA highly advantageous
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Bachelor degree/Masters in a statistical, mathematical or technical field preferred
  • Technology savvy and open for implementation of new digitized Technologies
  • Experience within sports sponsorship highly advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills to provide insights to clients and colleagues within the team
  • Knowledge of and keen interest in sports business and sponsorship landscape
  • Self-starter with excellent initiative and communication skills

 

 

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU

 

The successful candidate will work in managing the different Data Sources of Nielsen Sports, specially focused on the Media Evaluation vertical and providing insights, and strategy services to better understand commercial investments within the sport and entertainment landscape. Nielsen Sports manages a blue chip client base including major professional sporting bodies, major sponsor brands and television broadcasters.
