POSITION:                 Content Delivery Specialist

DEPARTMENT:          Content Delivery

REPORTS TO:           Manager, Content Delivery


ROLE:  Provides important support to the Content Delivery horizontal’s mission of serving as the primary interface to Content for Sales, Service and Product, and coordinating and managing requests to ensure Content meets Customers’ needs and requirements on time and on budget.



  • Researches and analyzes new requests, queries or issues directed to Content and ensures prompt response.

  • Helps coordinate or execute on projects for new deployments or corrective actions.

  • Coordinate or perform “level of effort” analysis for new customer opportunities or Product initiatives and helps gather and document staffing requirements and costs associated with such requests.

  • Assists in maintaining and monitoring coverage reports and SLAs for Content.

  • Supports Content Delivery Manager by:

    • Following on assigned project tasks as part of a multi-functional work team

    • Directly overseeing certain projects

    • Monitoring projects to ensure Content commitments are met

    • Managing assigned customers or product lines from the Content domain

    • Providing back-up by attending meetings or calls regularly or as needed

    • Provide weekly and monthly statuses on activity

  • Helps ensure consistent and repeatable processes by following standard workflows; contributes to process improvements and the Content Delivery Playbook.



  • Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism, Music preferred or other Media-related disciplines or 2 or more years experience in a related media field such as video/television, music, radio or other positions requiring content metadata experience.

  • Experience in a data-driven environment similar to Gracenote is strongly preferred.

  • Experience in project management or project-focused work environments preferred. Knowledge or experience with Agile project planning is a plus.

  • Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.

  • Strong written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills are essential. Must be comfortable communicating with customers and multiple levels of management.

  • Experience with Salesforce, Jira or Service Now platforms a plus.
