Annette O’Malley is a Director of Technology, based in our Global Technology and Information Center (GTIC) in Oldsmar, Fla. She was originally part of IAG Research, a company that Nielsen acquired in 2008. Since she joined the team 11 years ago, Annette has taken on educational and development opportunities in the community in addition to her role at Nielsen.
Kate Vanek is our Senior Vice President of Finance, U.S. Media, based in New York City. Throughout her career, Kate has made many bold moves that have helped her grow both personally and professionally.
Cecilie Westh is based in Denmark and serves as the Market Leader for the Nordic countries. Cecilie also maintains a leadership role on Nielsen’s employee resource group, Women in Nielsen (WIN) in Europe, and has since led many global and local initiatives. Cecilie’s involvement in WIN has helped her develop as a leader. It has also given her the opportunity to network with many other Nielsen associates around the world.
Kivon Redd is an Associate Client Manager for our Multicultural Growth and Strategy team, based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Since joining Nielsen, Kivon has been able to use our insights and his own experiences to guide our clients on their multicultural journeys.
Rebecca Roussell is the Senior Director of Nielsen’s Diverse Intelligence Series reports, based in Chicago. Throughout her career at Nielsen, Rebecca has developed many relationships that have helped her grow both personally and professionally.
Samantha Mowrer is an Associate Data Science Manager, based in our Schaumburg, Ill. office. Since joining Nielsen in 2013, she has worked on developing statistical methods for local and national television products. Samantha is currently focused on integrating return path data (RPD) from cable and satellite providers into the Nielsen Local TV ratings, an initiative that is accelerating exciting changes within the company.
Kristien Grutman is the Office, Prevention and Mobility Coordinator in Nielsen’s Brussels office. While working in the Facilities department, she joined the Nielsen Green team, and has since led many local programs. Kristien’s involvement in Nielsen’s Sustainability efforts helped her bring more awareness of environmental issues to associates in Brussels.
Ryan Koralik is a Data Science Manager based in our Schaumburg, Ill. office. Since joining Nielsen, Ryan has been able to apply his passion for measurement to help build Homescan Premium, a project that has played a part in the Nielsen Total Consumer initiative.
Natasha Miller Williams is the Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion, based in Chicago, IL. Throughout her career at Nielsen, Natasha has worked with our leadership to ensure that our culture supports patience, humility, and most importantly, love.
Katie Sugermeyer is a Client Service Director for Nielsen’s Consumer Neuroscience solution, based in Chicago. She was originally part of NeuroFocus, a startup that Nielsen acquired in 2011. Since she joined the team eight years ago, Katie has helped Nielsen transform the consumer neuroscience industry and has experienced many opportunities for growth both personally and professionally.
Juliane Westaway is a Client Service Director based in Melbourne, Australia. In 2011, she stumbled upon Nielsen Cares, and has since led many global and local initiatives. Juliane’s involvement in Nielsen’s Global Responsibility & Sustainability efforts has helped her develop as a leader and find purpose both at work and in life.
Tony Ruiz is a Senior Researcher based in Nielsen’s New York City office. This fall, Tony used his 24 hours of Dedicated Volunteer Time from Nielsen Cares toward a medical mission with the International Children’s Heart Foundation in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. His work helped him break out of his comfort zone and learn new career skills.
Marianela Ramsdell is a Senior Solutions Architect for Nielsen’s Technology Organization, based in Oldsmar, Florida. Nielsen has given her the trust and accountability she needed to raise her voice as a woman, feel confident about her contributions and grow her career.
Huu Thi Nguyen has worked with Nielsen’s Input Operations team in Vietnam for three years. Thi is responsible for the integrity and security of the data for our clients. He’s also one of the founding members of the official band of Nielsen’s Vietnam office. Being in the band allows Thi to be himself and build unique connections with other employees in the company.
Emily Goldman is a Director in our Marketing Effectiveness Practice. After completing Nielsen’s Watch Emerging Leaders Program and servicing key consumer packaged goods clients in the U.S., she made the big leap across the pond, joining Nielsen’s London office. Moving abroad within Nielsen allowed her to stretch herself both personally and professionally.
Meghan Warner-Akradi is an Associate Client Manager, based in San Francisco. During the last two years, she developed her analytical skills, lived in different cities, and achieved both her personal and professional goals.
Linda Zhou is a Senior Specialist for our Global Operations team in China. After only six months at Nielsen, she has participated in several challenging projects and developed solutions that have positively affected our clients and our people.
Sonal Sharma recently relocated to New Jersey to join the Client Service team supporting a large CPG client, after a few years with Nielsen’s Consumer Insights and Innovation teams in India. While working in Consumer Insights, Sonal unknowingly walked into a undercover political sting operation being conducted by a major news organization in India. Piyush Mathur is the Senior Vice President for our Global People Analytics Organization, based in Wilton, Connecticut. Throughout his 22 years with Nielsen, Piyush has managed the Middle East and North Africa region and served as President of Nielsen India. A year ago, he made a big jump into the world of HR to start our People Analytics function, where he has made a difference by unlocking the potential of Nielsen’s most valuable asset: our talent.
